Ben is the driving engine behind Bear Claw and key member of the management team on each project. His extensive experience in carpentry and concreting not only ensures the success of each project but helps make Bear Claw an outstanding commercial success and one of the fastest growing contracting companies in Australia.
Alfie plans and costs every new project in minute detail, utilising the talent within Bear Claw and closely consulting with clients to ensure the best-value engineering ideas.
After a project is secured, Alfie attends site and transfers the project to the execution team, ensuring the site team understands the contracted execution strategy and making sure each project is delivered as per the agreement with the client.
Chris has been with Bear Claw right from the start. He ensures Bear Claw’s finances are healthy and is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of all the finances, including budgeting, forecasting and overall financial health.
Chris and his team secure the appropriate finance, negotiate bonds, guarantees and insurances and prepare cashflow projections for each individual project.
Established in 2014, Bear Claw has rapidly risen to prominence in Darwin, becoming one of the Top End’s premier concrete contractors. Founded by Ben Hunter, whose expertise in building and carpentry led him to identify the challenges of concrete construction, our company continues to expand and evolve, backed by a strong leadership team.
